2023 Evolve Program

Learn how to improve how you connect, communicate and influence others, and in turn, enhance your leadership abilities, personal relationships and well-being. Run over six highly engaging and impactful sessions, EVOLVE is a powerful, interactive leadership learning program that boosts essential leadership skills. Each session is only 2 hours in length (every three weeks) and is delivered via Zoom so there’s minimal impact to your busy schedule.  

Program Dates:

• Module 1 – EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP –  February 14th 2023 @ 9am
• Module 2 – THE AWARE LEADER – March 7th 2023 @ 9am
• Module 3 – THE AUTHENTIC LEADER – March 28th 2023 @ 9am
• Module 4 – THE EXPANSIVE LEADER – 18th 2023 @ 9am
• Module 5 – THE RESILIENT LEADER – May 9th 2023 @ 9am
• Module 6 – THE EMPOWERING LEADER – May 30th 2023 @ 9am

Program Content:

• 6 x 2 hour virtual instructor-led learning modules.
• Professionally facilitated modules that include breakout room activities, group discussion, polls and chat.
• A digital workbook to support note-taking, capturing insights and development planning
• Optional: Genos Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Assessments can be provided during the program and are used to turn feedback into actionable development steps. Available digitally or can be provided via a one-to-one coaching debrief.
